Hello there! 🌟 I'm Amanda, a girl from the beautiful state of Rhode Island. I inherited the baking bug from my grandmother. When I was diagnosed with celiac disease, it turned everything upside down, but it's also sparked my passion for creating delicious gluten-free dishes that everyone can enjoy. I absolutely love the beach—there's nothing like the sound of waves and the feel of sand between my

toes. When I'm not experimenting in the kitchen, you can find me in the garden, babying my rose bushes. I live and work in Warwick, Rhode Island, with my partner and my dog, Olive. Join me on this journey of gluten free baking and cooking, you can catch me at Farmers Markets throughout the state as I get started in the business of providing great GF food. So unfortunately I won’t be at Smug today… I finally got nailed with one of those super viruses flying around. 🤧😷🤕

Lots going on there today though; Cousins Maine Libster Truck will be there all afternoon and there’s always good company at our favorite brewery.
