We specialize in making hand-crafted, naturally-leavened bread (aka sourdough). Our standard sourdough bread varieties are White, Country, Sesame-Rye and Flaxseed. Specialty loaves range from the fruited (Cherry Walnut, Raisin Caraway, Apricot, Fig) to the savory (Olive Lemon Rosemary, Sun-dried tomato) varieties. Our Roasted Garlic and Rosemary sourdough can be purchased exclusively at McKinney and Doyle every Friday and Saturday mornings.
