Ella, thank you for an amazing summer. How could it be that you’re headed back for your Senior year of college? You were the heart and soul of the bakery. We’re going to miss you, but we will see you for Thanksgiving. Keep smiling you’re truly a beautiful person. Make sure to stop down to get one of Ella‘s amazing Espresso drinks. She is a true barista. Plenty of bread today as well as focaccia, and I made her favorite lavender Macarons in the cold case.
