Today we had a customer stop in and hand us delicious 🇮🇹 Italian rainbow cookies from and asked us to create something.

So we put together something special. We combined our smooth 🇮🇹 Italian rainbow cookie ice with our rich and creamy 🍫 chocolate ice cream. Topped with the cookies (by herself 😎), drizzled with chocolate sauce and a handful of waffle discs.
