I had the absolute pleasure of creating and donating this cake for a fabulous gala benefiting Redwings Horse Sanctuary. 🎂✨
Such a fun event supporting an incredible organization and the amazing work they do for horses in need. Truly an honor to contribute a little sweetness to such a special night! 💕
Description: almond cake with buttercream frosting. Topped with apple pie truffles, white chocolate dipped vanilla sandwich cookies, chocolate dipped strawberries and a royal icing decorated sugar cookie.
Fun fact: First time trying the palette knife painting technique with buttercream for the horse and flowers
