The evening will feature a live demonstration by internationally respected horseman Warwick Schiller with a Redwings rescue horse, along with dinner, hosted beer and wine, live music, silent and live auctions, vendors, and inspiring stories celebrating the impact of Redwings over the past 35 years.

This girl heard that I could finally eat gluten(the good kind)and went out in bought the flour and made me a loaf of French bread along with her spaghetti that she had made for dinner. It is so delicious and I’m so thankful that God healed me so I can enjoy things like this again. Especially as a Baker not being able to eat gluten has been very challenging. It’s been 16 years and today I ate it and felt great. Miracles do happen!! Her thoughtfulness surprise brought me to tears!

My daughter just made this cake for her friend’s birthday!!
She did this most on her own. I’m so proud of her. White cake with buttercream frosting. I do believe in teaching kids young and she’s always been in the kitchen with me but I never thought she could just whip this up so quickly. So proud of her!!

A little life update 🤍

I’m taking a short pause from taking orders while I step into a season of inspiration, testing, and refining.

This time is about reconnecting with why I love baking, diving deeper into my Swedish roots, and letting creativity lead — without rushing the next step.

I’ll still be in the kitchen, experimenting, learning, and sharing glimpses along the way… and I can’t wait to bring something really special back when the timing is right.
