🍪💕 STAFF SUNDAY: Meet America! 💕

Meet America, one half of our fabulous Cookie Girls duo and quite possibly one of the sweetest humans you’ll ever meet! 🩷

America first joined our Just Baked family before heading off to cosmetology school to pursue her passion for all things beauty. Lucky for us, she found her way back, and now we get to share her talents with the beauty world!

When she’s not behind the chair making people feel beautiful, she’s here helping create some of the magic that happens in our kitchen! From baking our delicious cookies to whipping up our housemade frostings (and a whole lot in between), America brings creativity, care, and a little extra sweetness to everything she touches.

Outside of work, you’ll find her singing her heart out at concerts, listening to music, spending time with her favorite people, or embracing her love for all things Marvel and DC. 🎶✨

But what we love most about America isn’t just her talent. It’s her genuinely kind heart. She’s thoughtful, caring, and one of those people who makes everyone around her feel a little more loved.

We’re so happy she came back to our little bakery family, because some people are just too sweet to let go! 🍪🩷

Next time you’re enjoying one of our cookies or that dreamy frosting on your favorite treat, there’s a good chance America had a hand in making it!

💕 STAFF SUNDAY: Meet Eden! 🍪✨

It’s time to introduce you to the next SWEET faces behind Just Baked, and we’re next up with our resident cookie queen, Eden! 👑

Eden first joined our Just Baked family as an intern, and lucky for us, she decided to stick around! Now she’s the magic behind ALL of our delicious cookies and bars. Yep, if you’ve fallen in love with one of our cookies, chances are Eden had a hand in making it! 🍪

A lifelong lover of baking, Eden is also a proud Swiftie (and we’re talking Eras Tour-level dedication 💖), a Dodgers fan, and our go-to girl for all things pop culture.

When she’s not whipping up something sweet, you’ll find her spending time with family, spoiling the people she loves, cooking up something delicious, or watching a good horror movie. A little sugar, a little spooky, and a whole lot of Taylor Swift. 🎶🔪

We’re so happy her internship turned into a permanent spot in our Just Baked family!

In our Eden era, and we have no plans of leaving. 🫶🍪

✨ MEET JODY ✨

If you’ve had our quiche and thought, who on earth made this?!
Meet Jody Storsteen. ❤️

And if you’ve been around the Central Coast for a while, there’s a very good chance Jody has fed you before.

Her restaurant story started all the way back in 1989, when she purchased JBJ Round-up Pizza in Cambria. Then, in 2003, she brought her talents to downtown Paso Robles and opened the much-loved Berry Hill Bistro, where she built a following for the kind of food that somehow feels both special and like home. Years later, she brought Berry Hill’s “comfort food with flair” to The Third Degree at Paso Market Walk.

And now?

She makes the quiche at Just Baked. 🥹

Yep. THAT quiche.

Jody is one of those people who doesn’t need the spotlight and would probably prefer that we point the camera literally anywhere else 😂, but she’s spent more than three decades feeding this community, and we think that’s worth celebrating.

She’s talented. She’s kind. She’s an absolute powerhouse in the kitchen. And we feel incredibly lucky that a little piece of her culinary history now comes out of our ovens.

So next time you grab a slice of quiche, you aren’t just getting breakfast.

You’re getting a little piece of Central Coast restaurant history. ❤️
