I genuienly bake with intention to make someone smile.

About 10 years ago, I had my 1st chocolate chip cookies homemade by an American lady whose smile could bright up someone's day. Her name is LeeAnn.

LeeAnn showed her love and care to others through her cooking. I have never met anyone that has a pure heart of gold like LeeAnn.

They say: people don't care what you think until they know that you care.
They also say: people don't remember what you say but they remember how you make them feel.

Both are true from the acquaintance that I had with LeeAnn. Her baked goods that made by her hands and heart spoke love to me. LeeAnn is my inspiration.

LeeAnn has gone back to her home country a while back. Still, her smile and her heart continue to inspire me.

And everytime time now when I bake chocolate chip cookies, I remember LeeAnn's act of service, act of kindness and act of love.

Life gets loud with materialism and money.
Baking is where I can find myself. I can recall the image of LeeAnn and her smile. I find strength to power through my current struggle.

Love heals.
