I was itching to make a cake so I decided to make my dad a rocky road cake. Dark chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache and crushed almond filling, with a chocolate ganache drip and rocky road mixture on top and an almond crusted base. Nuts make me gag, but my parents sure loved it!
