Thankful is an understatement.
We poured everything into building this bakery and seeing you all show up for us day after day, pastry after pastry really means more than we can ever express. We are so grateful for our incredible team and family who worked through the holiday and none of this happens without them. Pasadena, thank you for welcoming us, supporting us, and filling our shop with warmth every single day. We’re honored to be your neighborhood bakery. Thank you for being part of this story with us.

A little update to our community
First and foremost, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for showing up for us each day. We never imagined we would see such long lines and so much love for our pastries. We are beyond grateful to be part of this amazing community.
As many of you have noticed, we are operating out of a very small kitchen with just two compact ovens and one proofer 😅. Our space was previously a clothing shop, and with limited gas and electrical capacity, we’re producing as much as we physically can each day. Our dedicated team (some starting as early as 2 a.m) is working tirelessly to bring you fresh croissants every morning.
That said, we are truly at maximum capacity. We’re running out of fridge space, storage, and oven time! We’ve had to place limits on pastries, and we know it can be disappointing when certain items are sold out by the time you reach the counter. Please know we deeply appreciate your patience. Expanding our kitchen and production is in the works, but as you can imagine, these things take a little time.
Thank you for your incredible support it means everything to us. We promise we are doing our very best every single day to bake as much as possible for you!!
