Cotto al Forno Hi! We are a cottage bakery company specializing in sourdough creations. Cotto al Forno in Italian means “from the oven.”

Welcome to Cotto al Forno, an Italian family owned bakery specializing in sourdough treats. Cotto al Forno means "baked in the oven" in Italian. We make an array of items including, but not limited to: cookies, breads, cinnamon rolls, scones & pretzels. We love special orders, so if you'd like something let us know and we will work with you as best as we can!

🧁 Birthday Cake with chocolate chips, white chocolate chips and rainbow sprinkles

All featuring our brown butter and sourdough, as usual.

The first 2 came out MASSIVE and were for a custom order, so this will not be our normal size.

We’re set up at Northpoint Flea Market for the day. Plenty of cookies, bread, muffins and rolls!

Yesterday was another experiment day. We made banana pie cookies, strawberry & cream cookies, browned butter Rice Krispie treats & blueberry muffins. Everything has sourdough in it except the Rice Krispies.
