Trade Days in La Porte has been cancelled due to the weather. We knew it might happen, so we baked a little less than usual, but we still have fresh Cookies that need good homes today.

This rainy weather + a warm cup of coffee ☕️ is the perfect match for our Cookies 🌧️

I was a little disappointed that the race started in a different spot this year, because I wasn’t able to capture start/finish videos, but my heart is always full getting to support our blue family.💙

We are pleased to share that Nan’s Classic Cookies and white powdered sugar cookies with pecans are now available at Coastal Bake Shop and The Bonny Bluebird Cooperative.

Both of these locations hold a special place in our hearts, and we couldn’t ask for a more perfect home for our cookies.

For now, we’re focusing on keeping these two locations stocked, while still offering home pick‑up in Pasadena and staying active in our community through monthly markets.

We are deeply grateful to both locations for believing in us and our cookies. We’re committed to growing together and supporting one another as small businesses.

If you’re planning a special occasion, our cookies would be honored to be part of it.

To all the Superheroes- we will be there cheering for you! 💙🏃
Come visit our canopy after the race for freebies and a little cookies treat 🤗

We are so excited about everyone who has signed up for the 2026 Superhero 5K and Fun Run. We can’t wait to see all of the people returning from last year, as well as all of the new faces and eager participants.

Leading up to race day, we will have a couple opportunities for you to pick up your goodie bag and t-shirt from the Pasadena Police Academy at 6052 Genoa Red Bluff Rd.

Thursday, May 28, 2026 from 9:00am – 4:00pm
Friday, May 29, 2026 from 9:00am – 4:00pm

If you are unable to make either of these days, don’t worry, you will be able to get your packet on the day of the event, from 6:45am – 7:45am.

For anyone who didn’t get a chance to sign up before the May 10th deadline, there is still time to participate! While we cannot guarantee that you will receive a t-shirt, you are still welcome to sign up and join us on the day of the event!

Don’t forget to get a good night’s rest, hydrate and show up in your best superhero attire!
