We are very excited to announce that the PMHS Maverick Choir Program brought 4 choirs to the UIL Concert & Sightreading Choral Evaluation, and all 4 choirs received Sweepstakes-STRAIGHT 1s.

The Maverick Choir Department is proud to announce our new Assistant Choir Director Mrs Erica Fiala!! Here is a little info about Mrs Fiala.

- She is married with a 4 year old daughter and a second daughter due any day. She also has 2 kitties and a dog.
-She loves all things competition. Reality competition shows, competitions in class, choral competitions obviously, and a good board game night
-She also loves fantasy movies, TV shows and books, the more dragons or magic the better!

We can’t wait for everyone to get to meet her in the fall!

Proud is an understatement about how I feel about these kids! Daniel Jones and I are probably two of the luckiest choir directors out there. Our students never cease to amaze us…their willingness to try new things, to push themselves vocally, to commit to dance moves, characters, and STUNTS that most kids would say NO WAY to! What a NIGHT last night was!!! So MANY thanks to those who made these 2 nights happen, our booster club and parent volunteers, Colton Hinson, Tony Prather, Peggy Hinojosa, Azhael Flores, Natalie Rhinehart Dommer, and Elizabeth Drake Bolton-Claytor to name only a few!!! Thank you doesn’t seem like enough to say, but THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts!!💕 Enjoy a little snippet from our closing number last night! 🎉🔥🎶🥰
