Running out of cooling rack real estate this bake day!
I am back at the Davis Farmers & Artisan Market today as well as delivering to Tie One On Taphouse. Featured loaves this week are Seeded Multigrain & Honey Oat with spelt, rye, oats, and Virginia gold wheat from Deep Roots Milling. Regionally (VA & PA) grown grains are stone milled monthly at Woodson Mill, a historic water-powered mill located in Lowesville, VA. I had the opportunity to drive down and check out the mill when I picked up my first order a few weeks ago and it was awesome. I hope folks enjoy these rustic, flavorful loaves!

I will also have tickets for the Wild At Heart Soiree to bid adieu to Elender's and to fundraise for Maggie Keane 's heart transplant journey!

To my awesome customers: I will not be baking this week so unfortunately I will not be at the Davis FARM Market tomorrow evening. I do my best to meet everyone's needs, and my little ones need to take priority this week so I can prepare for the beginning school year!

Rise and shine! I am baking for the Davis Farmers & Artisan Market and Tie One On Taphouse this morning and have an exciting announcement:

Roasted garlic rosemary loaves looking perfect this morning!
No one wants to have their oven on during a heat wave--so let me do your baking for you this week! I'll be at the Davis Farmers & Artisan Market tonight from 4:30-7:30 and will be delivering to Tie One On Taphouse this evening for purchase throughout the weekend. I have the following loaves: all made without commercial yeast from long-fermented sourdough and organic flour.
