So my plan to be at market in February did not make it. My work hours at my main job has increased considerably. So my new plan is to do market in March with Apple Cake.
Sorry to disappoint but I will be back.

I am taking January to work on a couple recipes of my Grandma's. I should be back at the markets in February.
If all works out I will have Grandma's Apple Cake for sale next month. Hope to see you next month.
