Ok let’s talk about the Blueberry bagels. I appreciate your patience while I work on perfecting them before I bring them to the open market. I made them and they were very tasty. However when I boiled them and baked them they went flatter than I liked. I am working on 2 things. 1 my proofing timing and 2 the amount of liquid in the dough. I am amazed at how the humidity in FL affects the dough.
