I had so much fun making this cake! I love the chance to stretch my skills! Vanilla butter cake makes up the crunchy taco shell, which is covered in vanilla wafer crumbs. Devils food cake center topped with Oreo "ground beef." Tinted coconut for the lettuce and fondant tomatoes and cheese. Sugar pearl "onions" and cream cheese butter cream "sour cream."

It's my Queen's birthday tomorrow! She wanted to be different and requested a cheesecake! Triple chocolate fudge walnut brownie crust, topped with dark caramel, chocolate chip cheesecake center, topped with dark caramel drizzle, dark chocolate drizzle, and toasted walnuts.
