Hello Kansas City! I am thrilled to bring a touch of sweetness to the Kansas City metro with my macarons. Once upon a time, before medical school, I had the most wonderful time decorating dog biscuits and even considered going to pastry school instead. In the spirit of being a "good Asian daughter,” I became a doctor. Fast forward several years and my creativity is calling to be unleashed once again!

I love creating macarons because they are technically challenging, they have endless color and flavor combinations, and they are naturally gluten free.

I am always thinking of ways to push ingredients to their full potential and am proud to source out from other local small businesses!
