If you receive a call that says it is from Mountain Heritage FCU or Mountain Heritage FCU Fraud Department, please be vigilant. We will never call you and ask for your card number, account number or any full personal information like your social or date of birth. If in doubt, hang up and give us a call immediately (304) 424-7256.
