There’s something special about building a place from the ground up with people who share the same heart and vision for helping others.

What started as a vision has become something we’ve poured our hearts and souls into. Peer Solutions has never just been a business to us. It’s been our baby. A mission. A calling. A place built by people who know what brokenness feels like and also know what healing can look like.

This work has required so much learning, growing, self-reflection, and humility. Constantly asking ourselves what’s working, what isn’t, and how we can do better for the people who trust us with their stories. Sometimes that means changing direction. Sometimes it means having hard conversations. Sometimes it means laying down pride and growing individually so the mission can continue growing too.

The Bible says, “Let us not grow weary in doing good…” and we’ve held onto that in the hard seasons. Because this work can be heavy, but it is holy work.

This space isn’t for everyone. People in recovery can clock what’s genuine and what’s not almost immediately. You can’t fake heart in this field. If you’re not in it for the right reasons, you won’t last long. And honestly, that protects this space.

Seeing even one life changed would have made all of it worth it. But over the years, thousands of individuals have walked through our doors. Thousands of stories. Thousands of opportunities to love people where they are and remind them that their life still has value and purpose.

We love what we do, and we’re grateful beyond words for everyone who has trusted us along the way.

The best part is… we’re just getting started.

This month marks 5 years with Peer Solutions for both of us, and it’s hard to even put into words what this journey has meant to us.

Working in substance use is not easy. Over the years we’ve experienced some of the most beautiful moments and some of the most heartbreaking ones. We’ve celebrated victories, walked through loss, and stood beside people during some of the hardest times of their lives. Those moments have changed us forever.

Through it all, this work has been one of the greatest blessings in our lives. We’ve had the opportunity to grow not only professionally, but personally and spiritually as well. Since starting here, we’ve earned degrees, continued working toward new ones, and discovered strengths within ourselves we didn’t even know we had.

It’s been such an honor to grow alongside a company that has continued to grow and make a difference in so many lives. We are beyond grateful for every lesson, every connection, every challenge, and every life touched along the way.

Five years later, our hearts are still in this work, and we’re thankful every day for the opportunity to continue serving others.

Peer Solutions had the opportunity to participate in the CIT Lived Experience Panel and Consumer Panel hosted by the Washington County Behavioral Health Board.

These conversations matter. Bringing together law enforcement, behavioral health professionals, peers, and individuals with lived experience helps strengthen understanding, collaboration, and community response.

Washington County continues to lead in building stronger, more compassionate responses to mental health, addiction, crisis intervention, and recovery support. We are grateful to be part of that work.

Thank you to everyone who shared their voice and perspective today.

Yesterday we celebrated an incredible milestone… 6 years sober for Tiffany. ❤️

To know Tiffany is to know strength, compassion, resilience, and grace. She has walked through hard seasons, faced challenges head on, and instead of letting life harden her, she allowed it to shape her into someone who now helps carry other women through their darkest moments.

As a peer supporter at Peer Solutions and in the many roles she fills every single day, Tiffany leads with both compassion and authenticity. Women trust her because she’s lived it. She understands the struggle, the fear, the heartbreak, and the fight it takes to rebuild a life. And now she uses her story to remind others that recovery is possible.

Watching her thrive in spite of everything she’s overcome is inspiring. She is proof that pain does not get the final say. God, healing, hard work, and perseverance can create something beautiful out of even the hardest chapters.

We are so proud of you, Tiffany. Thank you for showing up for others, for leading by example, and for proving every day that recovery works. Your life matters, your story matters, and the women you help are better because of you.

6 years sober and just getting started. 💙
