As the new year has come, so have many changes in my life. I want to thank each of you who have trusted me to provide safe options for your family. It has always been my goal to change people’s minds when they hear “gluten free.” I believe for some I have accomplished that. It has taken close to 12 years to find the perfect combination of flours and recipes to make that goal possible.
Moving forward for me and my family and the new opportunities that God has provided for me does not allow the time needed to continue baking as I have in the past. However, I don’t mind to share the knowledge that I have gained from many trial and error baking days.
I will be deactivating this page January 31. You’re all welcome to send me a message anytime for help or to answer questions for you. I will still be a dedicated gluten free momma and I will always be baking, just a lot less going forward.
Thank you all so very much for your support over the past 2 years and longer for some. You may never know just how much each cookie, cake, or pumpkin roll helped my family.
As this chapter closes for me, I challenge each of you to continue to try to “Change minds one cookie at a time!”
