PEACH FRITTER WEDNESDAY 🍑 Pre-orders are open now for our first Peach Fritters of the summer!
Tender Berliner dough is folded with brown sugar, vanilla bean, fresh thyme, and seasonal Colorado peaches, then fried to golden perfection and dipped in tangy maple buttermilk glaze. Each fritter is finished with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt for the perfect balance of sweet and savory.

🥐 ABSFBM-50 TWO-SPEED HEAVY-DUTY SPIRAL DOUGH MIXER: MODEL ABSFBM-50, 65 lb flour / 110 lb dough capacity. Excellent for mixing pizza dough, sourdough bread, croissant dough and more. In very good working condition, missing one piece of plastic guard. Originally purchased new in 2021 for $6500, asking for $2500.

🥐DOUBLE STACK BLODGETT ZEPHAIRE-100-G: Full-Size, Standard Depth Gas Convection Ovens with 2 speeds of convection. Includes 8 oven racks & is on casters. In very good working condition. Used exclusively for baking viennoiserie, cakes and macaron shells. Originally purchased new in 2023 for $14K, asking for $7000.

S U N D A Y ☀️ We love Market Day! Alen stopped by the market this morning and returned with the first beautiful Colorado plums of the season, which we are pairing with today’s Arborio rice pudding tarts.

It is a special thing to watch the seasons unfold through the ingredients we bake with, and we feel incredibly fortunate to create food for our community while supporting the farmers who grow it.

FRIDAY 🎉 The last days of May are typically a little quieter at Poulette, but our bakes are just beginning to ramp up for summer! Beautiful berries, peaches, and cherries are starting to fill the cases as the seasons change here in Colorado, and with lighter crowds, it’s the perfect time to stop by the bakeshop and enjoy your morning with us.

Valrhona Illanka is a very special 63% single-origin dark couverture chocolate made from rare Gran Blanco white cocoa beans grown in Peru’s Piura region. It is celebrated for its creamy texture, balanced acidity, and distinct flavor profile that pairs beautifully with tangy fruits and nuts.
Our Dark Chocolate Canelés de Bordeaux are finished with dark rum and a kiss of beeswax before being baked in our copper molds. Honoring tradition is truly the best part of what we do. All week long at 8am! ❤️ Thank you, Valrhona!

Let’s spread a little pastry joy this week with a macaron giveaway as we celebrate the final days of May! We are giving gifts of our classic XL Macarons to three lucky winners this week! ❤️

Each box will contain a selection of eight macarons in five of our favorite flavors: Vanilla Salted Caramel, Raspberry Rose, Lemon Poppyseed, Mocha Latte and Earl Grey Caramel!
