This is a Carrot Cake Cheesecake Cake. It has two layers of carrot cake filled with carrots, coconut, pineapple, walnuts, and cinnamon. The middle layer is a New York Cheesecake lightly infused with lemon. It’s topped off with a cream cheese frosting between the layers and top, and decorated with chopped nuts.
