I was not familiar with Entomatadas until Mogi of Villa's Fresh Produce/ The Villa Farm posted her dinner a few days ago!. Was excitedto get out my home canned res sauce and use some left over prime rib!. We used cheddar and wsucreamery pepper jack cheese!. Had to top my dinner with Granny P's home fermentes hot sauce!. Yummy and full!!

After about 10 years,Mumford and Sons went into retirement.. Pretty young for a sourdough startee but that is how we roll at the ACHE-rs! Saturday , SourPikkel showed up to take his place! Hoping ti hve fresh sourdough by friday and a good run with her
