So happy for our friends Chef Jordan Harvey! I have rarely met a chef so into his craft. The depth of knowledge he has about food and kitchen culture is deep. His cookbook collection alone would boggle your mind. When I started Red Bicycle I was just making a few loaves for the Silly Market on Sundays out of the Chez Betty kitchen. Jordan would meet me at 5am after a busy work week just for the experience, no compensation.
When it comes to Jordan, they just made the one.
