Ok so I was a bit nervous about these. In the past I’ve double stacked them and topped them with icing but they fall apart and turn out dry. And we all know Cinnamon rolls should be gooey! Soooo this time I made them mini size and baked them until they were just barely done and then iced them with a yummy cream cheese frosting. And I must say they’re amazing! But I don’t feel like I can take the credit I mean it’s pretty much the result of cinnamon sugar and cream cheese! Sooooo goooddddd!

I think it's time... I've decided to start "selling" my scone recipes with batches of scones. This will hopefully help me compile the recipes electronically to compose a small book in the end. But for now.... I'm going to offer one scone flavor a week with the recipe attached. Scones will come in either batches of 8 or a half batch of 4.
Since Fall is quickly upon us lets start out with
Maple Pecan! Place your order by Friday and scones will be available for pickup Sat-Wed.
