Good morning C4 Baking Customers!
There have been some new developments that I need to let all of you know about. I received a call yesterday from the Health Department letting me know that the service that I am providing is against health code regulations. She was very nice but informed me that someone had reported my business to them and she was required by law to let me know that I could no longer advertise on the internet nor could I sell food that may require refrigeration until I have secured an inspected kitchen that is separate from my living quarters. I am in the process of doing just that. While I was extremely disappointed and for a time discouraged, I am simply going to regroup and keep moving forward. A sweet friend told me that perhaps this was God letting me know that I needed to go bigger with this. I think she was right. Instead of being angry and defeated..I am going to look at this as a stepping stone. Please know that I would never intentionally break the law. My intention was to provide a much needed service to this area. Many busy families do not want to go out to eat during the work week. Many families do not have time to prepare wholesome meals each evening. I have had this vision for a long time...to provide simple and delicious food that tired and busy moms could just heat up and sit down and eat. Bringing back the family dinner table.
I will keep this page up and going so that when my kitchen is up and inspected everyone will be aware. I am looking forward to serving all of you again soon!! Your support has meant the world to me. 😊❤️
