First and foremost, we want to say THANK YOU to our participants in yesterday's Selfie Scavenger Hunt! The pictures were amazing, the added videos were hilarious, and we loved how much personality everyone was able to capture and share with us!

With that being said, we ended up with three women that really shined throughout the entire contest! So, we decided, instead of just handing out one prize, we would hand out THREE!!

CONGRATULATIONS to Jeanne Sparks for placing first and receiving our Thanksgiving Dinner!
Our 2nd & 3rd place winners, Mary Beth Brown and Shanda Correll will receive a cake of their choice!

For those of you who may be interested, we chose to list the airbnb to assist in retirement. We stay 80% booked due to blocking dates due to my schedule.

The entire upstairs is an airbnb which brings in annual income of @ $ 18,000- 20,000. Renting the office space on the first floor could easily bring $700 a month which is less than businesses on MAIN STREET.

It is very profitable, I felt to need to post this, as I received an inquiry if we were selling due to low bookings. If we do not sell, we are very happy to keep serving you and will continue to offer specials and activities (pop ups). We look forward to Secretariat park, as our property is adjacent.

We had some special visitors today for our last day at the shoppe. I (Jessica) just had to snap this photo, both to capture the sheer joy on Stacy's face and to give you a peek at what some of her days will look like now. She looks quite comfy in her new role. 💙

It's been a crazy week! We have done inspections, lease agreements and organzing the shop. Jessica and I want to say goodbye and thank all of you for being such great customers!

We can't wait for our little shop to live on as Countryside Sweets. And she is a nurse too! She will be here to say hello on Friday and Jess and I will be here for cake pick ups and maybe just a few items in the case..... we are looking forward to Friday and your continued support of Chelsea Morguson new venture!

Don't forget, we are closed Wednesday and Thursday this week to allow for final cake order completions.

Jessica and I will see you Friday at noon with a very limited selection of sweets. Chelsea will be here to meet you and have a few of her new sweets for you to sample!

Such wonderful news! Stacy's Sugar Shoppe has been sold!

We will be closed Wed and Thursday to complete our previous cake orders.....but come meet the new owner Chelsea Morguson who will continue to provide your sweettooth fix with her creations!

Jessica Shrewsbury Linville and I will have a few sweets for you on hand and really want to thank you for all the support you have given us! See you Friday 12-4p
