In 2001, Malnight's Bakery from downtown Kalamazoo merged with Renzema's Bakery and became a bakery designed to meet all of your baking needs. All items are freshly made by hand each night. Renzema's still has the best doughnuts in town, and we offer hamburger buns, sub buns, and breads that "make" the sandwich! We also have decorated cakes still made with the well-known Malnight ButterCream Icing.
