I graduated with honors with a degree in Hospitality Management at MCC in Omaha, NE. While I did take cooking classes, I am completely self taught with baking and cake decorating, and I am always trying to improve my cakes and learn more. My ultimate goal is to make my customers completely happy with each cupcake or cake they order, which is why everything I make, from the cakes or cheesecakes all

the way to the frostings, fillings and fondant are all handmade from scratch. All the decorations I use (unless otherwise requested by the customer) are edible and also handmade. I buy high quality ingredients, some of them are organic, and I raise my own chickens so most of my eggs are fresh from my back yard. I strive to make each and every customer completely happy, but I know that everyone has different taste and expectations. If you are not completely happy, message me and I will do my best to try and work something out.
