My first sourdough bread from scratch! Took 2 weeks in the making. From making my own starter to finally baking in the oven and let me tell you I almost gave up a few times but I’m so glad I didn’t! It’s not where I want it to be but for my first try I’m impressed. Reminder just because it’s taking longer than you expect it doesn’t mean it won’t happen. Keep trying you’ll get there!
