J's Wedding Cakes started 3 years ago when I was asked to make my Aunt's wedding cake. I was 14 years old and I had only been baking for about a year or so but I decided to dive right into it anyway. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done, but I did it and loved it. Since then I have made my my sister's wedding cake, made baked goods for various costumers, and learned so so much. important key to any baked good is that it tastes DELICIOUS! I try to steer clear from fondant covered, 3 layers of icing kind of cakes but I am willing to try new things though!
