June is officially here, and so is our new Pie of the Month: Dutch Blueberry! 🫐✨

We’ve taken plump, juicy, fresh blueberries and baked them into a rich, velvety brown butter custard. Then, we top it all off with a crispy brown butter oat streusel and bake it to perfection in our signature flaky all-butter crust. It’s sweet, nutty, and the perfect taste of summer.

With its velvety coconut custard, mounds of fresh whipped cream, and a generous dusting of toasted coconut flakes, it’s a bright, elegant classic that captures the essence of springtime perfectly.

As you begin your holiday weekend preparations, we invite you to let us handle the dessert. We are now accepting Easter pre-orders for pickup on Saturday, April 4th.

Please note that both Franklins Public House and Pie Company will be closed on Easter Sunday; It’s important to us that our dedicated team has the opportunity to slow down and enjoy the holiday with their loved ones.
