Graduating from Penfield High School in 2013, I never imagined I’d one day come back and be part of such a special moment. Being included in the 2026 Convocation Ceremony for the juniors and seniors truly felt like a full circle experience, and it meant so much to be back where so many of my own memories began.

I am beyond honored that my small business, CC’s Cakes and Things, was chosen to create 500 cookies for this special event. Each one was made with so much love and pride red, black, white, and all the “PHS” spirit to celebrate this amazing group of students and everything they have accomplished.

To the juniors and seniors, congratulations on everything you’ve accomplished so far. This is just the beginning, and I have no doubt you’re all going to do amazing things. Thank you for letting me and CC’s Cakes and Things be a small part of such a meaningful day ❤️🖤🤍

Well it’s officials after 10 years of mixing, whipping, and helping create so many sweet treats, our beloved KitchenAid has officially decided to retire.

You were a real one 🫶

Rest easy, old friend… you’ve earned it.

Guess that means it’s time for a new one!

Such a special day getting to teach 3 separate cake decorating classes at Brighton High School’s Annual Festival of Ideas. 🎂
Baking has always been something I love, and getting the chance to share that passion with 30 children today meant so much to me. Watching everyone have fun, get creative, and bring their cakes to life was the best part. I’m so thankful for the opportunity to be part of such an inspiring event.
