Well, our mixer went down on Easter 🥲 But with a lot of help from & my old food truck mixers we are back to our regular Thursday-Sunday this week. Cross your fingers we are strong enough to move the giant mixer from the food truck to the basement 🤞🏼💛 (update: we were strong enough 🙂‍↕️💪🏼)

Our supplier is out of the Donut shortening we use to fry our donuts and it’s not available anywhere else.
The best alternative available to us now is to use Lard to fry our donuts!
Why does this matter to you?
Lard is pork fat, which means our donuts will no longer be vegetarian or kosher.
The good news?
Our donuts are now free of seed & hydrogenated oils!
This change starts Saturday April 5th 2026
