Turnaround Time (TAT): Our typical TAT is 2-4 business days, which may vary depending on the size of your order and the type of cookie you select.

Excluded Dates: Please note that marked dates, weekends (Friday-Sunday), and holidays are not counted towards the TAT.

Shipping Time: It's important to understand that shipping time is not included in the order TAT for Mama Burt treats. Once the package is out of our hands, we have no control over its delivery.
