It's Bagel and Bialy Time:
For those that do not know what a Bialy is, it's a bagel without the hole cut all the way through, and instead of boiling then baking, the Bialy's are just baked. Some are sweet and some are savory...See pic's below.
Bialy's and Bagels are sold per half dozen or dozen. You have many choices to choose from.
All of our Sourdough bagels and Bialy's are made with Wildyeast, along with all of our Sourdough breads, except our for Ooey Gooey Cinnamon, Organic Brown Sugar, with or without Raisins. This is the only Sourdough we have to use a pinch of dry yeast along with our Wild Yeast or it will not turn out the way our customers love it.
This bread is more like a dessert, but if you put it in the toaster, and add your favorite spreads, butter, peanut butter is my fav, cream cheese, nutella, whatever your favorite is, or just warm and plain...No matter what...you will be hooked like all of our customers are. This is our #1 selling item at Rogers Crest Baking Company.
All of our breads, rolls, bialy's, and bagels are made from scratch, all made with love, and always with the freshest ingredients, and never added persevatives.
Monday's,Wednesday's,
and Friday's, are our Bagel and Bialy days...
As early as 7:30am till 5pm. We bake them ready when you are. Never made in the morning if you are picking up in the afternoon or evening...
Always made to order 1 hour before you pick-up.
You'll always receive the freshest products from us, guaranteed.
You can also order any of our breads or rolls on these days as well...
We are also open Tuesday & Thursday's for all breads and roll orders.

To order, text your full name to our work
# 661-471-0750, add your order, and the day and time you would like to pick-up your order. In return, we will send you a confirmation and let you know if that day and time are available. At which time we will also give you our address for pick-up. We are based in West Palmdale, off of 30th West and Rancho Blvd.
Payments are also done through our phone from Zelle, or cash on pick-up day is also accepted as well.
