A little about me.....
I've been baking since I was about 8 years old. My mother always let me help in the kitchen and I developed a love for baking way back then. Through the years, I've made many children's themed birthday cakes, cheesecakes, pastries, cookies, biscotti and more! I will periodically post some of the things I've done over the years for you to see. I believe that not only should b

aked goods look good, they should also taste good. I will never use a mix!!! Everything I make is made from scratch with the best ingredients possible!! Belgian dark chocolate; Eggs, fruits and/or veggies are always organic! Flour is unbleached and unbromated! Pure extracts and REAL butter are used! Organic coconut oil at times and nothing is artificial or loaded with chemicals or preservatives! In other words, you can pronounce all the ingredients in the ingredients I use!! ♥

My philosophy: If you can't read it, don't eat it!!

This is the Princess Belle party that her mother gave her for fighting cancer, early November! Thank you to Harry Chippas for donating the "Princess" from La Dee Da Kids Spa! She loved it all!! ♥
