Happy Monday, friends!

Ordering is open now through tomorrow at 5 PM for weekend pickup at our usual locations.☺️

We’re taking a short summer break from in-person sourdough classes, but my online sourdough class is still available anytime. It’s perfect if you prefer to go at your own pace, and it includes everything you need to feel confident and successful on your sourdough journey. Comment below or message me for details.

I’m also offering sourdough classes for groups of 3 or more in YOUR home! Grab a few friends and make an afternoon of learning (and baking) together. Message me if you’d like info or want to book a date.

🍰 Sourdough Dot Cakes
Our Sourdough Dot Cakes start with a soft, moist sourdough vanilla sheet cake, cut into perfect little rounds and layered with creamy homemade vanilla buttercream. Each cake is finished with dot sprinkles for that perfect sweet crunch!
Each order comes with two dot cakes, and you can choose from four flavors.

🥐Sourdough Croissant Loaf Tasting Flights
All the buttery, flaky goodness of a croissant… baked into sourdough croissant loaves. Choose your own tasting flight from five different flavor options and enjoy a rich, buttery assortment of croissant-style loaves made with sourdough.

🍞Sourdough Tasting Flights
Build your own Sourdough Tasting Flight by choosing any four artisan sourdough loaves from 8 different signature and specialty flavors. This flight is the perfect way to sample a variety of handcrafted breads.

Just a friendly reminder that today is the last day to sign up for my All Things Sourdough in-person class happening this Saturday from 11:30 AM–2:00 PM at my home in Palm Coast!

These classes are always so much fun! You’ll learn the ins and outs of sourdough, gain confidence in making bread for your family, and leave with the knowledge and tools you need to continue baking at home.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or you’ve been wanting to improve your sourdough skills, I’d love to have you join us!

I had to try the viral Dot Cake trend… and I think they turned out pretty adorable! 😍✨

Made with my sourdough vanilla sheet cake and homemade vanilla bean buttercream, I created four flavors:

🫐 Blueberry & Lemon Curd
🍓 Strawberry
🍪 Chocolate Chip
🤍 Original Buttercream
