Hello Barista Creamery family! ☕🍦

My name is Gaelle, and I’m excited to introduce myself as the new owner of Barista Creamery in Palm City.

First, I want to thank Eileen, who built this wonderful place and made it so special for the community. I’m truly honored to continue what she started and grateful for the trust she placed in me.

For the past 6 years, I owned and operated a bakery/café in Fort Lauderdale, where I developed a deep passion for coffee, fresh pastries, and creating welcoming spaces for people to gather.

I’m also happy to share that some of the wonderful team members you already know have stayed with us, and I’m grateful for their support during this transition.

My goal is to preserve the heart of Barista Creamery while bringing some exciting additions. You’ll still enjoy the rolled ice cream you love, and we also plan to expand our coffee and pastry offerings with fresh baked goods and specialty drinks.

We’re also planning to extend our hours for the early birds who need their morning coffee and fresh pastries before starting the day.

As a new member of this community, I look forward to meeting you, learning your favorite orders, and creating a place where everyone feels welcome.

We are a small coffee and rolled ice cream shop located in Palm City Florida. We offer Chocolate Shoppe ice cream straight from Madison Wisconsin! We also offer Pumphouse coffee nitro cold brew and so much more! Our specialty is rolled ice cream.
