This peanut shaped cookie has gotten popular recently and.. of course I want to try as soon as I get a mold! 🥜
I've tried many different types of peanut butter cookies and it's all good, however this changed everything with cute-looking peanut shape as well as rich filling with crunchy nuts inside.
I can't wait to hear about this new treat from my tasters tomorrow!

The combination of financier and lotus cookie are never failed. Whole cookie topping is always good, but cream cheese with cookie crumbs is another level of flavor.

Although I haven't posted for a while, I still bake. I bake for my family, for some personal events, for kids' events, for my friends and for my foodies at work.
I've got my hands full with my daily life, but I can't give up to see my people smiling with my sweets.

This is Nuts & Fig blondie. Usually blondie is made like a bar shape but i made them in different shape today. Crispy outside and very chewy inside. Brown butter base with nuts and a hint of tangy fig. Yum!
