Meet Denny Love. 💗🍞

Denny Love is my sourdough starter. Every loaf I bake and all the other goodies begins right here.

Believe it or not, a sourdough starter is made with just flour and water. When you feed it every day, it grows with natural wild yeast and good bacteria until it’s strong enough to help bread rise.

I’ve been feeding Denny Love since January, and it’s one of my favorite parts of baking.

It’s pretty amazing how something so simple can turn into fresh sourdough bread. 🥹✨

❤️ New Lab Creation ❤️

This week I tested something new: Red Velvet Cinnamon Rolls! 🌀✨

I had so much fun creating this recipe and learning through the process. From mixing the dough to adding the finishing touches, every step taught me something new.

Being a young baker means I’m always learning, and I can’t wait to keep growing and sharing my creations with you all. 💗

P.S. Another project is already waiting in the lab! 🧪👀
