Owner, Jamie W**d, is professionally trained in baking and pastry, with an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts, and 18 years in the industry. W**d's is best known for their savory hand pies & pot pies (which are currently unavailable), Texas Beer Bundts, creative cookies, and fudgy brownies. I don't know about you, but I don'g want anything to do with "mystery meat." 🐄

That's why I originally started making the chorizo in-house. It's a bit more time consuming, but at least I know the full ingredient list - and maybe the cow's name, too. 😅

I'd love to have multiple sources for the beef, so please tag your favorite local beef rancher or market!
