Throw back to my first ever loaf...

Our style has changed so much since then. We are in a new bigger home (complete with a commercial fridge and TWO ovens), we offically have 4 bread ovens compared to the 1 Dutch oven we had before, our loaves are bolder, our menu is expanded...and so much more!

Since this loaf, we have baked OVER 600 Sourdough Loaves!

Pagosa Springs, Bayfield, Durango...you have helped me grow in more ways than I can say. You have pushed me to be creative, encouraged me to be better, and brought my passion to life.

Without you I would still be in my kitchen just baking for myself. Not growing.

We did it you guys! We hit 400 followers!

This is unbelievable. When we made our page back in January, I did not expect it to reach this point. We had less than 100 followers when we had our group page and since then we have come a long way!

You guys are the reason.

You constantly show up for me whether that be to the markets, through preorders, or just through engagement with the page. You are always there.

Have you ever wanted to make your own Sourdough Starter?

Many dont know, but we actually have an option to buy our starter! If you're local, we can bring you an ACTIVE starter in a little jar for you to start feeding and baking right away. If you prefer more of a "self starter" method, we also have dried starter you can take home and rehydrate.

Either way you choose, your baked goods and breads will certainly be elevated! Our starter (Mary Jane Dough) is about a year and a half old and has NEVER failed us. She is always active, bubbly, and ready to take on whatever we bake her into!

I also wanted to put some feelers out there. Would you be interested in a local class teaching you how to make and maintain a Sourdough Starter? Comment down below!

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!

We are transitioning our business due to personal reasons and will NO LONGER be attending regular markets. We still have plans to attend a holiday market in Pagosa as of right now, but we are moving towards a period of just preorders.

What is a preorder you ask? Preorders will be taken on a weekly basis for pick ups on SUNDAYS only. You will have until Friday morning at 8 AM to place a pick up order. You can find our preorder menu at the top of our page.

This decision was not made lightly. We have been struggling to make it for quite some time and pushing ourselves beyond our capacity to be able to continue them. By moving to this new method, we will be able to focus more on our health, personal obligations, and building our home.

Thank you all for understanding! Hope to see you guys at Sunday Pick Ups!

This is a hard post to make

As many of you know, I am a fiercely loyal person. I always keep my word, and if I dont, I do everything in my power to make up for it.

That being said, I am breaking my word to you guys. I will not be able to attend the Market tomorrow as promised.

I've had some extenuating circumstances that is keeping me from it. I wish I could be there more than you guys know but right now my circumstances are taking priority.

I will be posting my product tomorrow at a discounted rate for pick up Sunday.
