Good evening, friends!
We are heading into the weekend, and we have some treats for ya!
Starting with the peach bourbon chicken melt... fresh peaches and onions cooked down with brown sugar and a splash of bourbon, slather that on some sourdough, add roasted chicken and some gouda, and you've got a SAMMICH, baby!
For a pizza this week, Taco Pizza: Taco Bell Who?! Naan laced with garlic oil, topped with house made refried beans, cheeses, and a mix of seasoned ground beef and chorizo, baked, then layered with lettuce, tomatoes, chipotle ranch, and a drizzle of taco sauce.
We are keeping the chicken Caesar and Greek chicken salads from last week, so you'll have this opportunity to give it a try!
But let's talk sides:
Pesto Potato salad- gold potatoes, green onions, crispy procuitto, shaved parmesan, in a pesto dressing
And minted melon salad- watermelon and cantaloupe in a mint and ginger syrup
Last week those Smores bars absolutely flew away, so we've got another tray of those, as well as chess bars.
And lastly...
Coconut limeade!
Packed with natural electrolytes, this Brazillain style creamy limeade is made with whole blended Limes, Sweetened condensed milk, coconut water, and a sprinkle of sea salt. Like a walk on the beach in a glass!
