We bake and sell highly nutritious bread and all our baked goods are made with 100% freshly ground and/or freshly rolled organic whole grains. We also offer baked goods made with Einkorn, the original, ancient wheat that hasn't been hybridized. Einkorn is reportedly much easier to digest having a lower gluten content and approx. 1/3 chromosomes of modern wheat. Our special and unique products incl

ude our organic and genuine 100% Einkorn Sourdoughs, which have been fermented for at least 24 hours. We also make cultured breads, genuine black bread and other breads including a yummy Swedish breakfast bread. The grains are freshly ground before baking which enables you to obtain all the natural nutrients, vitamins, and minerals found in fresh ground flours. We soak and/or ferment the flours/grains to make our cultured loaves, black breads and sourdoughs to ensure the best nutrition and digestion. Our baked goods contain no white flour or processed white sugar.

Hi, I am hoping to get hold of an original Bosch Universal. When I moved back to England, after Tom passed away, I had to sell or give away everything! My Bosch was very key to rolling my oats for my popular granolas at Palafox! I am trying to find one again now Im back in the area. Please help me by possibly asking around. I dont think that the new models will work with my flaker/roller.

Hi my Einkorn and ancient grain loving peeps! In case you have forgotten me at Our daily bread bakery, I’m saying hi and giving you an update! Some will remember my dear hubby Tom (who was with me at the Palafox market stall almost every week from 2011. -2018) ….. he passed on in 2022 after a journey with a brain tumour. I had to close the bakery as I needed to care for him from 2018. Then I moved back to the UK to be near my dear Mum. Now she is not with us and so I decided to move back to Florida.

All that to say that I’m aiming to start baking again and to start with, it’ll be my freshly rolled granolas at Pace market on Woodbine road on Saturdays. I have a request; if you or someone you know has a Bosch universal mixer that they like to sell or gift me even, please let me know. Thanks!
