S’more’s stuffed Cookies
Ingredients:
• 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
• 21/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
• gram crackers
• marshmallows
•Hershey chocolate
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
5. Stir in the chocolate chips marshmallows, and gram crackers.
6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
7. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.
8. Allow the cookies to cool on the sheets for a few minutes be transferring them to a wire rac
completely.
