Dear Gluten-Free friends,

I'm going to be taking a break from baking for a while, due to torn tendon surgery. I will need to see how recovery goes and may be back to baking in the New Year, though I'm not sure at this time.

I've been procrastinating attempts at bagel-making because I never thought I could achieve the impossible. It wasn't a quick prep, but it was worth it!
