Having a total love affair with PB&Js on our milk bread lately.

If you grew up thinking the peak sando was made on Wonder Bread (like me 👋), then our milk bread is about to be your ultimate childhood upgrade.

come say bye to 🍊 citrus season this weekend and next! (or until sell out)

we’ve been milking our orange supply over this past month and are ready to move on to the next round of seasonal fruits & veg!
cooking up a couple new pastries & breads 👀 to hit the case & shelves come June. so watch out!
Excited to share what our local farms are growing & give this blood orange danish the big send off it deserves!

All of our breads get a portion of flour milled directly into the bread mix, so that grain’s peak flavor is captured in each loaf.
This is one of ‘em. The spelt is literally milled right into the bin we mix these loaves in.
