sorry if this frightens you but we are taking off the Sunday after halloween + closing early on halloween day!

The mill/mix shuffle.

Did you know all of our bread & pastries are made with freshly milled flour?
Think about it like a freshly ground spice vs one thats come pre-ground & has maybe been living in your pantry for an unknown amount of time (looking at you onion powder 😉)

Did you also know all of our grain is grown here in maine? And is organic?
If not, now ya do.

• peach & vanilla cream danish w/ peaches from Goss Berry Farm
• sourdough baguettes made with 100% whole grain flour, freshly milled in-house, from grain grown in maine

we’ve also got a whole pastry case filled with fresh bakes. So come over & support our small business on this moody fall day.
