To all of my family, friends, followers and anyone else inbetween. Please be careful outside for the next couple of days. Air quality is very low and will only get worse, keep outside activities to a minimum for yourself and any pets you may have. Well there it is! My first round of tepache. I followed a simple recipe with cinnamon and clove. I can’t say that I hate it or I love it but it’s complete. Has anyone tried this before? If so what do you think and what flavor should I try next😄happy brewing (This is not alcoholic)

We have done a lot this weekend! I prepped some lunch for the next week which will be salad. In the line up is pickled onions, carrots, beets, broccoli ends, mix, cucumbers and peppers. I also made a few different salad dressings and stated my first batch of techape! On the other side is homemade doughnuts filled with cereal milk custard and topped with a matching glaze and cacao nibs or fruity pebbles

From start to finish. I made my first Danish! It is filled with raspberry and peach jam with a peach glaze. Many don’t know but I start at AT&T in Oneonta today as a sales consultant! Yay! I thought why not bring in a good treat to everyone so I sliced and prepared them in parchment pieces for easy grabs. It tuned out delicious😋
